jeremy lightsmith currently lives in seattle where he works as an agile coach and software developer for pivotal.
he has worked with and coached extreme programming teams for some time, including most of his 6 1/2 years at thoughtworks. jeremy is also quite active in the open source world, maintaining and contributing to many sourceforge and rubyforge projects.
outside of work, jeremy dances. lindy hop, blues, and tango are all part of his heart. he travels for dance events, dj's blues events, and teaches blues dance with karissa light.
